Relaxations Events

Relaxations offer various events frm local artists, including jazz/blues music throughout the month, fashion shows, classes of all varieties. We update our events each month with the group(s) or bands playing. Our goal is to support local artists and giving them the opportunity to express themselves in a fun environment. We want to provide a place to spend quality time with your family and/or friends without a bar atmosphere. We also encouraged local artists to feature their artwork on consignment in our establishment. If you or anyone you might know who might be interested in setting up an event or featuring any art work. We also offer group rates for parties, meetings, or any social gatherings. Relaxations will cater for any events if needed.

Saturday, February 19, 2005 6:30-8:30 pm - NO EXIT
NO EXIT is a quartet composed of a base player, pianist, saxophone and a drums. This band is worth to be listen to, they bring to you the essence of blues.

Soma has been playing locally since December 2002 at venues such as the Tewa Lounge, Isleta Casino, Zinc win Bar & Bistro and Season’s Rotisserie & Grill. While some jazz music is labeled inaccessible because of its self indulgence, this group recognizes the importance of audience. Their goal is to create an inclusive environment that draws people in, welcomes them and showers them with honest, heartfelt music.
